Itzoo is a reputable company, and they advertise their laptops as coming with Win 10 and OpenOffice installed. So, I am not clear what’s gone wrong here. Possibly, someone slipped up and forgot to do the install, or possibly the hard disk has been damaged in transit.
If it just needs windows installed, you can download the installer from MS and copy it onto A USB stick. However, you may need help with that, and Itzoo should provide that.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
Creating the Windows 10 USB flash drive:
You'll need a USB Flash drive of at least 8 GB in capacity All will be erased on it during the process.
Visit the Microsoft Media Creation Tool website; https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10
Click Download Tool Now.
Save the Application.
Plug your USB Flash Drive into the PC where you saved the application.
Run the Application.
Accept the EULA
Select Create installation media for another PC and click Next.
Choose the correct settings for your version of Windows 10
Language (Country)
Windows 10
64-bit (x64)
Click Next.
Select USB Flash Drive and click Next.
Select the Flash Drive and click Next.
Allow the application to complete. You will be prompted when it is finished and has successfully created the bootable drive.0 -

I wasn’t sure whether the MS media creation tool works on a Mac?
The OP also needs to change the boot order in the laptop Bios, which may need some guidance. And change it back again later.
And it’s all a waste of time if the hard disk drive is broken. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
Thanks for suggestions . Please keep them coming .
I am a Mac user so I cannot do any thing with this laptop .
I don't know what the solution is . Hopefully I haven't been ripped off
Maybe the company can send me something to get it going .
I don't really want to return it due to postage costs . Plus this is leaving a nasty taste in the mouth . So far ..disappointed0 -
Well I somehow managed to get it going by going through the things I described last night in the various boot options .. The first thing I decided was to plug the charger back in .
I got through to an American lady called cortana . I've connected it to my Wi-fi . I created an outlook account . Just going through the tips now. There is Microsoft edge . It looks like it's sorted . Fingers crossed0 -
I managed to work it all out . That is except for the COA. I assume that's a thing that should have been sent to me?
Once I have that , everything will be good .
One thing about the activation code .. while most of the code is multiple x's , the last 4 digits are not . Just an observation , and probably a useless one .
Any more output appreciated ..0 -
I've sorted everything out . The only issue is that the activation code doesn't work on the sticker.0

Speak to Itzoo. Windows should work okay over the weekend, even unactivated. The COA is for an older version of windows probably. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

Thanks for that . As you can see, I got there in the end .
I followed the instructions on the video link they sent me.
There is a sticker on the back of the laptop. I peeled the sticker off and entered number so many times . It seems that you are right there .
I've sent them an email, so it should be a case of sending me a new code.0 -
Everything is fine now , barring the code .
Everything works as it should . The only thing to note is that when I shut down the laptop, I have to press esc and f10 to reboot it to the right start up . It doesn't take long , so no big deal .
Once I get another code sent to me , I'll have a go at purchasing a code for Microsoft office. If that works , then happy days ..0
