Thanks Fruitcake.  Sending this shortly to Greg & Jake!

    Dear Mr Barraclough.

    Thank you for your email.

VCS are not part of Excel.  Whilst VCS wholly own Excel, they are completely separate accounting companies with separate company numbers according to Companies House.  It is well established in law, that a parking contract can only exist between the party named on the sign, in this case Excel Parking, and the motorist, not VCS and the motorist.

For one registered company to pass personal details to another registered company could well be a breach of data protection regulations.

Additionally, it has yet to be established in law, if Jake Burgess really exists.

So I request again, that this fake claim on your land, be struck out please.

    Yours sincerely
    Leviathan

No, Jake Burgess exists and seems by all accounts, to think he's some sort of legal whizz.  He's clearly not!

    ** Dear Mr Barraclough.

For one registered company to pass personal details to another registered company could well be a breach of data protection regulations and you may well be required to attend as a witness to establish the contract situation on your land.

So I request again, that this fake claim be struck out please.
