    Primacy of Contract perhaps.
Thank you LK. It does sound as if the comments made in the article are correct in that the landowner contract is specific in the amount of free parking ( two hours). Not so Oldie's case was a recent win against VCS. Same scenario, same car park.

Indeed SB.  The slight complication in our case, is that the signage changed to Excel parking in May 2019 and our alleged incident was June 2019.  So now, technically, VCS as the Claimant has no grounds to sue anyway, as any contract would have been with Excel.  But of course there never was a contract in either instance.
  • Its not even a complication - its yet another nail in the coffin forf the claimant!
Yes!  Just tying up loose ends for email to court. Supplementary Witness Statement from this Abuse of process post by CM, Pg 2, post 3: http://!!!!!!/2UKSH3m.  Thinking of adding it in as a standalone unsigned document at the end of my completed bundle?

Yep, have a look at the court bundles submitted by @keypulse and @Chefdave because they show it is a signed and dated supplementary witness statement and the case/statute law to append to it.  Any questions, do ask.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Because it makes my life soooo much easier!  Be brave and click on 16...it just does what it says on the tin  ;)
  • OK, have really been out of my comfort zone chipping away at this, and am almost there.  Have an updated bundle with Supplementary Witness Statement (+ addendums) and latest April Caernarfon strike out added in now - Huzzah!!

I will be sending CM's suggested email to the court with this updated bundle, the latest Draft Order and also the Southampton DJ Grand Judgement.  The Skipton & Warwick strike outs, POFA & CRA are all exhibits in the original WS.  Have had to get partner to sign the Defence, WS, SWS & SCA all again, take photos of the last page, then upload to computer, then copy and paste next to each original unsigned doc.  Oh my words, what a faff about!!  Anyways....really proud of myself (again!!) Thanks guys, you are all amazing  <3
