A detailed court report with court location, Judge's name, court claim number, did the PPC field an advocate, what did they have to say, what did you say, what did the Judge say, on what point(s) did the Judge make his/her decision, did you get your costs (ordinary and additional) ...... would be very helpful.

This is the problem these parking scammers have, they complain about judges and then expect to win ......   they live in a dream world .......   very sad

Looks like, despite tens of inputs from regulars, it's yet another CBA!  I'm sure they'll be back next time they fall foul of the PPC network's clutches. I know what I'll be doing then!
