Bicycles are rarely used for criminality. Drones are being used for spying, delivering drugs and other contraband to prisoners in prison, and for closing down airports for days. They are also being used for antisocial behaviour such as invasion of privacy.

Killing people is generally considered more serious than the above

You obviously don't live in a large city.......Bicycles are used exclusively by young thugs for all sorts of crime, from robbery to drug dealing......
