Court Claim - draft defence

Check the claim reference and see if it is the same as the one you (didn't) defended. If it is, it looks like the court have got their knickers red tape in a twist. If it is not, have you got another one pending? Is the VRM showing in the letter? Is it yours? Then you need to contact the court as advised by @Umkomaas here 8 November at 9:14PM and ask them what is going on.0
