    Is there a box on your County Court Claim Form headed "Address for sending documents and payments"?

  • Hello, I've just received a letter from the court ref the above case saying:
    "It is ordered that... Claim Stayed until 3rd February 2021.  If no request to list the say by... the Claim be automatically struck out."
    Please can somebody advise in lay terms what this means?

    On hold, no further action until the date given. If the Claimant doesn't do what's necessary by then to reinstate the claim - sayanaro!

  • But the case has already been heard and they won due to me not filing a defence on time and my defence being struck out.  Why would there be any need for any other aspect of the claim, and why is it now stayed?
