Should I be worried if the MOT history reads like this?

To AdrianC: Thank you so much for your insightful answer. I will return to the dealer to consider buying this car.

Being only 2016, I would be checking this out first to ensure it's dirt and not corroded.

" Almost certainly been sprayed with some goop, probably under the impression it'll stop them rusting. Chances are they'd outlive the car anyway... Ex-motability, so the person who had it was probably an old codger who was thinking back to the days of Mk1 Escorts that rusted away as soon as you looked at 'em. "

Many different ages use Motability-leased cars, including a lot of young people and children with disabilities, whose parent's/carers drive them. Please don't make generalisations.

I used to grease my own cars' brake pipes as a workshop foreman and an MOT tester. When they are found to be greased, the tester cannot always tell if there is corrosion under the grease. Giving it an Advisory, is the Tester covering his backside.
I think this job really needs
    a much bigger hammer.

It was actually a generalisation about old codgers who haven't realised the world's moved on a lot in the last half century, rather than about motability users...

I'd be more worried about how many young drivers it's had (as in relatives of the renter) ragging it around & also if its been clocked.

I had an old Astravan that had corroded brake pipes as an advisory for most of the 14 years I had it.
Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.

Thank you again. The car in question is being sold by a local dealer.

According to the V5C, there is only one owner so far. It seems consistent with the Motability scheme. Usually there is one owner after 3 years and then it is offered to a dealer.

Based on your advice, it seems to me that there are no serious problems with this car.

    My sincere thanks,

One tyre at the back being worn more than the other implies either some uneven wear from tracking, or just that the other one was replaced earlier due to a puncture. Are they the same tyre with the same date code?

Has the car been changed to plg on the log book? You won't be able to tax it until it's been changed.

To paddedjohn: I don't know about this and will need to ask the dealer. As I said in the earlier post, there was only one owner so far. And I understand the car was for a disabled person. Do you mean that if I buy it, I will need to ask DVLA to change the status first before I can drive?
