To paddedjohn: I don't know about this and will need to ask the dealer. As I said in the earlier post, there was only one owner so far. And I understand the car was for a disabled person. Do you mean that if I buy it, I will need to ask DVLA to change the status first before I can drive?
Taxation class on the logbook may read disability vehicle but will need changing at dvla to private light goods, used to be able to do it a local offices but all clos d now, maybe a way of doing it at post office.
Probably a mute point as the dealers may have it all in hand.Be Alert..........Britain needs lerts.0 -

I bought a used disability car and changing tax over to normal "private" was a PIA even attending local office in person
I'd look into this aspect a bit deeper if you have to do it and not dealerMember of "Rubbish at Radishes" club0
