12 how many months in the year.
Clubcard calculator is work out on what you spend in a month and shows you how much you would earn in 3 months.
So I counted all my online shops and divided it by 12.
    Simple

Well its not as generally people dont spend equal amounts each month
Its becoming more & more evident that you dont really understand how it works and havent kept on top of your balance. Now youre getting in a radge over nowt.

Log on a few days after transaction & see if its tracked

That's obvious but after a year you can add it all that's hence why I divide by 12. Than you get a rough idea of expenditure. What you gained. I am not raging like I said trying to warn people. Got a complaint going through resolver.

Youre warning people cos you havent checked your account for a year?

I check a few months back actually and the advisor told me but low and behold it's definitely not what he said it's like half what he said.

Why are you dividing by 12 rather than adding up your total spend and then converting the total in to the amount of points you should have.

Could it be some of the points expired? I don’t know the time frame but sometimes if you don’t use the points in a certain amount of time they expire.

Could it be that you had some older points on your account that you didn’t know about when you started saving this year

Look I use to save them 3 months than went to a year. No points expired or anything. The points don't add up simple as that the advisor told me a few months ago than roll onto now they are no way the amount he said. They even tried using an excuse saying I was using my debit card instore and I was also given my clubcard over. The points don't add up it's as simple as that.

Also why divide by 12 cause the clubcard calculator only works out what you spend in a month you can't put the whole year in there so I needed to find out what I spent each month cause once you put it in the calculator works out how much in 3 months.

So for instance in a year say for example if I spent 5000 but I could put that in calculator I than went around and tried working out that figure to a monthly spend by dividing it by 12 it's not rocket science for God sakes
