Clubcard rip off

Hi I currently have saved for a year and was told a few months ago my points balance.
But after that they mucked around with my points and said they cancelled one of my cards down.
That's fine I thought but than roll onto now the vouchers turn up and low and behold they are no where near what was told.
I have called and been told lies after lies it is one thing I hate that's people lying.
So be warned double check those points cause they got no qualms in ripping off points

Also I am with Tesco bank and I purely use that for online deliveries. This is how I know they are lying on the points.
They tried making out that these purchases where instore and what has gone wrong instead of points going on bank they infact went on clubcard.
How is that possible if it's online only.
So definitely definitely keep Track of what your saving0 -
How do you save for a year? They send statement with vouchers every 3 months.
Your 2nd post doesnt make any sense0 -
They send vouchers quarterly or once a year, it depends how you opt to have them.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0

What part. I explain that I had never used tesco debit card instore.
But apparently I had payed for a online shop instore and presented my clubcard as well.
There is that clearer for you0 -

I get that, its the bank / normal store points.
Say you spend £100 online using tesco debit card.
You should get 100 normal store points & 100 bank points.
The fact you bought online & not in store makes no difference as you'd get the same
Your general rant is that. Its a rant & as such isnt that cohearant0 -
They was saying instead of points going to my bank they went to the clubcard cause I presented my debit card and clubcard at the same time.
How is that possible if they all online purchases.
"Rant"
Nope trying to warn others thanks0 -
What do you mean going to bank?
Were you expecting bank account to be credited with cash to the value of clubcard points? If so, thats not how it works. They all go onto your clubcard in the way of points
Your debit card doubles up as a clubcard as its linked so if I puchase something from tesco using a tesco debit card I dont need to also present the clubcard as its registers as the clubcard being presented.
From my end it really does sound like you've just misunderstood how it works0 -
I know that I am not stupid. It has vouchers points normal points and than it the bank points I have added them up to the total and counted all my online shops divided it by 12 added to the clubcard calculator it don't add up.
There explanation is that they tried saying I pay for stuff instore with the card and was also presenting the clubcard to try and get out of it.
But I never use the card instore the points are separate. Bank points to the others points.0 -
Why you dividing by 12?
Anyway im giving up as you're still not making any sense.
I check mine on a regular basis to see whats added & what hasnt. There was once a glitch at the till. I complained & they not only added the points back on but gave me an extra 50 in compo. Theyve been spot on with me & havent really had any major issues0
