Hello and welcome twigletcaz (I'm going to cheat a bit now, lol!) SueUU our conscience and leader will be along soon and allocate your number which is yours for ever 😂 In the words of Sue I quote “Please read through post 1 as it'll let you know exactly what to do with the challenge. PS. We always empty our pots and declare our savings in November, please make a note of this year's date: 29th Oct 2020.”

before this gets into full swing I think I am going to have to change my idea. At moment was doing penny a day challenge plus extra in a pot till 29th October. This is proving far difficult than I first thought ( I am starting backwards) so am thinking should I just change it to a £1 per day plus pot for coppers, or save the date challenge plus a copper pot.
Any ideas welcomed.....0 -
Morning,
Potted a fair bit over the weekend.
Hope everyone had a lovely weekend?

Not sure if this will help but I am doing the penny a day challenge too, but rather than start at the beginning or end of it I cross off what ever amount of change I put in my pot, you can always add smaller days amounts together to make a larger number and cross off 2 days at once or half a larger number the end result works out the sameI also keep my £2 coins separate in another jar I count them in the SPC challenge but not my penny saving. GL with your challenges

Many thanks for popping your No on your siggy, scotmumof3, and making a good start with your potting! Keep up the good work. It's good to hear that saving without the use of your card is working out well for you. I quite agree that it keeps you more on the ball where cash is concerned!
