  • A slow start. Raided the loose change pot for all the small coins, found some coins in the car so they've gone in the pot too. Decided I spend too much on the debit/credit card especially at the moment so I will try to change my spending ways in the New Year.

I always find that I spend less when I use cash, I guess I'm more mindful when handing over physical money rather than just putting it on the credit card :)

You're very welcome back again, jellyb! I've added your Target, good luck in reaching it. You have a new No 080 as I'd already removed you (and many others) from the list, a natural course if members aren't back within 2 weeks of the declaration date, so please take note of it this time round! :D

Hello again all Potters! :D Well, I hope you all had a super weekend and relaxing, and will (might) enjoy this last full week before CHRISTMAS!!!!! :j
To all our members who are poorly or low for whatever reason, I sincerly hope you'll all be feeling a lot better soon! Love to you all. :grinheart

Thank you Sue-UU I shall update my total :) Have a fab weekend!!!

You're most welcome RavimePhoenix. Well done on the roadkill and your latest potting sum!! :j

funnily enough, I will probably be quieter as those in power are not interested in my area, if the others had won though it would have been much busier!!

Oh well, all that can be said is thank goodness it was that way round, 32b3! I hope you had a good weekend to help you over some of the tiredness. Well done on your potting! :D

Great potting, welshywoo! Well done with your Christmas spends! Let's hope it'll be even better next year!

Oh dear Lucy, you can always reckon on a kiddie to pass on a cold, whether you want it or not!! :( I hope you're soon a lot better.

It's good to hear that a great time was had by you all, Hetty, including your mad greyhound and little boy. Good for you in making up the bags. BTW, is that to be added to your declaration and the Grand Total??

Never mind the slow start, Alilikeswine, especially at this time of the year, so long as you keep it up that'll do nicely! :D

I quite agree with you, LoopyLucy, I'm far more cagey of handing money over that could be better off in my pot!! ;)

Oh dear Pm02, but at least you tried, better luck next time! 😖

£10 in the pot after shopping yesterday!!

Have an good week everyone!! Keep safe and warm!

    Sue x

  • Managed to pot £2 today, was meant to be contributing towards a buffet lunch at work today, but then got treated for Christmas so that can go in the pot.
Hopefully slowly but surely will give me a nice total by opening day :)
    Sealed pot challenge 13 #068 :)
  • #5 getting into the swing of this challenge. Been putting savings and spare money away for almost a month and a half and the pot is feeling heavier than I thought it would be. No idea what I have put in, but that's the fun and hoping for a great time out with results :)

No it won't be added in :(. These are the cash bags that weren't just quite there when I banked the rest. I've added to them in order to reach the 20p and 10p amounts so now my 20's and 10's can be diverted to their rightful spot of "the tin" :D
