On the CAB site I linked to earlier, there are two further links: complaining about bailiffs and writing a letter of complaint.

Herbie may have more specific advice but you do need to start putting things in writing now - to the bailiff organisation with a copy to the council that instructed them
  • Hi all, again thank you for your time

I've heard nothing back from Bailiffadviceonline yet

I have put a complaint into the council they said they will respond within 10days however I cannot find a website or email address to complain to the company who sent the Bailiff.
The company is Andrew James enforcement ltd

I don't know how to move this post to the correct board. I didn't post in here, an admin moved it.

I will call them today and ask for the footage and also the complaints procedure they have in place as surely they would have to have that in order to be doing work on behalf of the council.

I'm not denying paying the fine. We will pay it as it's my husband's fault for allowing someone else to use his van.

    Suggest you write to

    Andrew James Enforcement
    Latheron Chambers,
    41 Mansel Street,
    Swansea
    SA1 5SW.
  • Ok I will do that. I was just worried they would say they haven't received it. Thanks

Make sure you do it recorded delivery.

Send a PM to a board guide, Crabman, Savvy or Soolin and ask them to move it.

If you do send it recorded/signed for and the recipient refuses to accept it, they have proof on non-delivery. Hedge your bets and also send a copy First Class from a post office and get a FREE certificate of posting.
