Curry's are the worst to deal with if you need an exchange or refund.I learned the hard way.I always use Amazon now,no problem getting a refund or exchange during the first 30 days.

Would Amazon have refunded the cost of the monitor in the circumstances described by the OP.. It wasn't faulty he just changed his mind. I had a Kindle replaced by Amazon s it kept freezing, they sent a replacement within a day. That is my only experience of Amazon after sales service. I buy important purchases in JL because of their after sales service. They offer a longer guarantee than most of the other retailers. I will probably buy my new laptop there because of the longer guarantee. I will shop around to ensure I'm not paying over the top for the extra guarantee period.
