    Update. I have received an email reply from Steve at BPA. (Steve was very quick to look into this.)

    Steve has been in contact with F1rst Parking and says that F1rst will be amending their online appeals site to make responding to the driver/keeper optional rather than compulsory. Steve is content with the steps F1rst are taking.

    Steve has also been advised that my appeal has been accepted and I should receive confirmation of this shortly.

    So it sounds like that is the end of it. I will update this thread when I hear from F1rst Parking.
