The ombudsman for o2 is Otelo.
I assume you have checked your PDA hasn't got any settings or something that would have it auto-dial, etc o2 at pre-set times (assuming this is possible for your PDA).0 -

No autodial or anything.
You may remember the issue was all calls started at 3 mins 57 secs but I do not use PDa for anything other than phone calls0 -
I know thats what made me think it could be some automated PDA thing trying to update/synchronise itself or something. If the WAP calls were completely random then I'd say it is someone making those WAP calls whether it was you or not. I believe though that before you can approach Otelo/OfCOM or anyone else you need a letter from o2 stating that no satisfactory agreement has been reached in your complaint. This letter I believe is known as a 'deadlock' letter.
