Change the order in which you add the tariff and phone to your basket. If you tried adding the phone first, then the tariff, empty your basket and add the tariff first, followed by the phone. In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?

I ordered this phone at 35.98 GBP tonight (obviously I knew it was a misprice) and today morning I got this e-mail:
"
Dear Customer
Thank you for ordering a T-Mobile phone.
We are happy to offer you a phone on a pay monthly plan however, because of
your credit status we will require a £100 security deposit. If you are wish to
complete this order please call us on 08454 122412. (Lines open 8am-9pm
Mon-Fri; 9am-6pm Sat; 10am-4pm Sun.) The credit decision is only valid for ten days
after this time we will have to perform an additional credit check.
The Deposit payment will be kept for a minimum of 3 months.
Alternatively we can offer you one of our U-Fix price plans without taking any

latest models and some of the lowest call rates. See our current offers at
