Does anyone know what caused the 2 hour plus, stationary traffic delay, on the M62/M60, on Wednesday evening, which started at about 1930hrs?
The Smooth Radio news, at 2200hrs, described it as a "Security Incident", but didn't elaborate, and I've not heard or read anything about it since :huh:
