Also... I have informed the court and the Claimant’s solicitors twice now that I have moved house. The court is sending things to my new address but the solicitors aren’t. I’ve only got their stuff bc I paid for mail redirection. Are they deliberately sending to the wrong address?1

Incompetence
Send them a letter before action for failure to maintain their data records, in breach of the DPA2018., While this has not yet caused you direct damage, this is not needed as the fact of breach givees rise to damages, see Vidal-Hall v Google
You order them to, within 7 days
- correct their data as relating to your address fort service
- ensure all mail since X date (when you told them) is resent to your correct address for service
- apologisxe for their gross negligence in failing to heed your written notices of X and Y dates informing them of the new address for service
If they fail to comply, state you will, after 14 days, issue a claim in the sum of no less than £750 for breach of the data protection act without further notice. This sum i sin linme with the guidance set out in the case above, and does not take into account the increase that should be due due to the serious nature of a legal firm failing to send notices to the correct address while undertaking a claim agasinst that persoin.2 -
Did the scammers redact any of the WS? If so, please tell us which parts.
Did you redact any parts other than your personal data? If so, please show it again but unredacted.
We need to see it exactly as it was sent to you except for your personal data.

Please confirm that paragraph 7, the whole of the section about the contravention, and whatever is written after the paralegal's signature is purely your personal data, and that you haven't redacted anything other than your personal data. It really is important for us to see everything except your personal data.
Please also show us the scammer's exhibits including images of signage and any plan showing where the signs are allegedly located.

What could happen is that:
a) they see you as a difficult person to deal with and give up, or
b) they ignore your threat and carry on regardless, or
c) they do as you ask and still continue their claim.
If they choose a) or b), you then carry out your threat and sue them for £750.2 -
