It would not be to BW Legal.  You can't sue a solicitor merely for filing a claim for a Claimant, based on what they will say were instructions from the PPC.

And don't just try a claim if you have no grounds in law.  If it were that easy we'd tell all winners to try a claim but we don't, because the dead easy defence for a PPC is that they have a reasonable belief that a debt was owed and were just writing recovery letters and were entitled to use the small claims track...which they were.

Not saying no-one has grounds for a claim but you have to have a cause of action that they breached the PFHA and/or the DPA 2018 if you are to have grounds that will stand up - i.e. that no debt was owed at all, such as if they know who the driver was but pursued the wrong person, or that the land was Council land, not private, or something else equally compelling.
