Couldn't see a purchase date. Says telephone tech support ends jan 2020! Warranty ends October 2020.

The date the warranty ends is exactly 12 months after the very first time the phone was activated.
What is the date shown? From your OP it should be showing as the 12th or 13th of October 2020 if the phone was new when it arrived.====0
