    Given what has been posted this morning, I think the OP needs to go back to basics and tell us: -
    1. Who is the PPC (the parking company that issued the claim)
    2. What are the Particulars of Claim (POC)
    3. In simple terms, what is you defence against the POC, i.e. if they say you didn't buy a ticket, you say you did.
    4. When we see that, we can give bespoke advice.

    Ukcpm isvthe company. I dont know what the particulars are. I parked someone where there were no signage at the entrance, poor lighting and it wasnt gated. So do I do the AoS today?

    I wrote earlier...
    Having done the AoS, you have until 4pm on Monday 11th November 2019 to file your Defence.

    That's over four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.
    You now need to spend the next three weeks producing that winning Defence.

    There are seventeen Defence examples linked from post #2 of the NEWBIES thread. Surely you can pick the best, most appropriate, bit s from them?

    Perhaps start by taking a careful look at those concise Defences written by Bargepole.
