5.5 hours and counting - I may open mine at a minute past midnight so I can start saving again first thing tomorrow, even although I won't be out anywhere to get change :D

  • :j I just opened my sealed pot and have £1076.29p waiting to go into bank now:j :j and my OH drilled the bottom out of my terramundi so that I didn't have to break it. Now got duct tape on bottom,;) Only problem was I had to rinse the coins in water as they were covered in terracotta dust:p

Sorry couldn't wait till tomorrow needed my OH to drill it and he is off to work now till late tomorrow morning, I couldn't wait that long.:o :o

Lol, I love your posts! You sound like me. My OH got as many notes as possible from the terramundi with a pair of tweezers, because we couldn't bear to break it. He ripped a few in the process and we had to sellotape them back together!

Well done anyway, an amazing amount, and I'm sure that you feel great! I hope I can save that much for this year's challenge :T
