Ive managed to salvage a £2 coin and put 2 x £1 coins in today, off out tonight so will look out for any coins i can see in the pub

Today I did the monthly food shop.

I got loads of change (cos I always use cash) so had loads incl. £6 of £2 coins in the pot.

Over half way there now!

I can't wait till dec 1st to open it!

I know ur well into this challenge but can I join in 4 the last 6mths, in 4 a penny in 4 a pound i say, and can I have a number too. I already have a pot I put my change into, can I go on using that or do I have to start another one,which is fairer?:cool:

Welcome Herewegoagain.As you already have a pot I'd just keep saving.This is a personal challenge and we all have our own goal amounts to aim for.

I've put about £7.00 in my pot this week - yipeee!
We're going through a quiet time aren't we? Perhaps people are on holiday or something. Haven't heard from Stunty and Sparky for ages - I hope they're not spending money in that new shopping centre?

Hi oopalah, and everyone else,
Been on the PPI reclaim discussion thread, trying to get to grips with that at the mo, so I'm only popping in every now & then to say hello and to let you all know I'm still in the challenge, but I'm busy with other things at the mo. Will pop in next week as I'm on lates & there aren't many bosses around then.

Afternoon - have fed Spot 70p but have counted my £2 coins that I save seperately in Sir nathianel and i have £100 !!

Well done on the £100 surfbabe!!!!!!!

Nothin in the tin today, its a bit tight at the mo, one more whole week til pay day so not putting any change in til we reach next sunday.

But my sealed pot is very nearly full!!!!!

Ive got a piggy here ready to start as soon as this tin is completely full. Im not sure whether to continue to save and just open both pots on the opening date or whether to open the full one now and put the cash straight into the bank, decisions decisions lol
