Another 31p for the pot, hurrah!

Bit down re lack of £££ at the moment. It's not really that I need it for anything specific, just would like to have some...

i've got a bit carried away and put a few notes in my tin, only got £15.60 to live on until 15th Jan.

Luckily no nights out planned and only need to pay single train fare for 2 days. I WILL DO IT!! I will not open the seal!

Can't think of anything that I would want or need before 15th Jan and I am taking lunch to work religiously, everything else is sorted - but I will cancel dentist till after payday cos the filling I need would send me overdrawn! Check up cost me £15.90 or something equally extortionate, I barely opened and was out of the chair.

anyway - back to the sealed pot... instead of shaking it to hear a jingle I am peeking through the slot to give the Queen on my £5 notes a little wink! Hi Lizzie, wink wink!

Aaaaaaaaaaah.... the old notes in sealed banks conundrum! I solved a similar problem myself when I dropped a few notes into my sealed brick (hand written notes, not pound notes) and I found that a fondue fork works wonders :rotfl:

Hello to all, Phil the pig is still being fed the occassional few pennies so he is still gaining a few grams each week. I'm sure I can make it to my target but still haven't heard how much was in last year's bank 'cos dad's not counted it yet and he doesn't live near enough for me to go empty the bank for him! Hmm... beginning to wish I had counted it out before giving him his extra pressie (It's a long story, don't ask :D )
