    There seems to be a number of different versions on MSE but for me - on my android phone - I just tap on the 'quote' button underneath the post I want to quote.
    Can you see the 'quote' button?

    Were they also complaints about an item not being as advertised?
    Because if they weren't, your point isn't necessarily valid.
    If your previous emails were enquiries about an item, they may well have been dealt with by a different team.
