Hello.
I've bought some trousers from an internet seller after watching their advertising video. The trousers that have been delivered are not the ones advertised without the features advertised.
So, I think the trousers were missed sold. Am I entitled to have the post and packing cost for delivery refunded and should I be expected to pay to return the trousers?
Thank you in advance
Stuart

Or simply a mistake was made and you sent the wrong type. If you didn't get what you ordered then yes you are entitled to a full refund (or the correct order) and any return costs involved.Hello.

If they're the wrong trousers, you are entitled to a refund for them plus delivery and return costs. No need to play the aardman, they shouldn't pocket the difference.Hello.

Am I the only one to read this thread and think of Wallace and Grommit?

Thank you for the quick replies. While I was typing, all I could think about was Wallace and Grommet!
Is there a particular section in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which deals with this issue that I can point out to the seller?0 -
Is the seller based in the UK?0

Chapter 2, Part 11 "Goods to be as described"

Thank you but I was actually referring to whether there is something in the act that says that I am entitled to p&p refunding if goods are not as advertised.
Thank you0 -
I think that's in the consumer contracts regs.0
