Am I the only one to read this thread and think of Wallace and Grommit? :D
It's was the first thing that popped into my head and I was trying desperately not to mention "the wrong trousers" in my post :D

Thank you but I was actually referring to whether there is something in the act that says that I am entitled to p&p refunding if goods are not as advertised.
    Thank you
Section 20 (8) of the CRA:

"Whether or not the consumer has a duty to return the rejected goods, the trader must bear any reasonable costs of returning them, other than any costs incurred by the consumer in returning the goods in person to the place where the consumer took physical possession of them."

In other words unless you picked up the goods from a shop you are entitled to the cost of returning the goods.

    Thank you

If you mean the postage/delivery fee you paid to have them delivered then
(10)To the extent that the consumer paid money under the contract, the consumer is entitled to receive back the same amount of money.

If you mean postage to return the item then subsection 8, as explained above.
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride

Before going all legal and quoting acts etc, have you actually contacted them to explain the issue?

If you mouse over some of the buttons below/near the post you want to quote, one of them is a Quote button. (I'm assuming you're using the new blue/white theme ... in the old Green skin the button is below the post and clearly marked Quote).
