Also meant to add, PPS actually own the land as well, they're listed on the land registry as the freeholder. So no point making a complaint to them about them.

Update on this, received a letter from BW legal a few days ago, advising they will send a letter before claim if I don't reply by tomorrow.
Will update again if/when that happens.1 -
Did you have any phone calls?
I've had no letter from them, but got a call this week, I didn't answer it.
