    As you've probably guessed, I've not much experience of smartphones.
    I thought Google Drive was for saving your files on the Cloud, and so wasn't interested in it.

    So I'll go forward by getting Acrobat or using Drive.

    I rely on my daughters for mobile phone tech. support usually.:p

    Hi
    For those, like me, who don't use Google Drive...
    There is an app in Play Store called Google PDF Viewer.

    No icon in the app tray.
    Very simple.
    When you tap on a PDF file it just opens.
