    My wife and myself have just switched to this. can we just flip £1500 between the two CL accounts or does the funding need to come from outside of Lloyds?

    So far, I've been able to get it to work by rebooting the phone, but on my iPhone 6 (which is still on 12.4.2) there have not been any problems with the app.

    Husband having same problems on his iPad. I've no idea what version of ios he's running (& neither will he:rotfl:)

    I had monthly DD to Birmingham Midshires set up on BoS account, £10 1st of month. For some reason, a DD for £10 was taken today from Lloyds Club.

    When I checked the BM account, I'm told there is no 'regular deposit':cool: set up, though the linked account details show correctly as new LC.

    TBH, its easier to set up a new DD on BM than try to find out who is to blame. My money would be on BM;)
    I've had the same issue, regular DD for BM paid day of switch and no longer appears on BM website, however other DDs appear to be there from other saving accounts.

    That confirms my suspicion that its a BM fault. Did you do as I did, or contact BM to try to sort it out:cool:

    Haven't quite decided yet, when I look at Lloyds there are two DDs showing relating to Birmingham Midshires, the one that paid on the switch, and other with all the details unknown.

    As it is supposed to pay out on the 1st or 2nd of the month, think I will wait until a couple of days after that and setup a new one if needed. It's possible that BM/Lloyds have setup a replacement DD already but the old one paid out in error during the switch process.
  • Switched today but have a question on cinema tickets as I chose to select my option at later stage.

    Is there a particular cinema house tickets I will be offered i.e. can be used only in cineworld or only in odeon or I can redeem my 6 cinema voucher at any cinema house? If I can choose any then can I do 2 cineworld, 2 vue and 2 odeon? Also I will be given the vouchers upfront or will be available every few months?
