Scroll down to the second post. It explains the court process. Courts can issue a multitude of official papers so without seeing them or knowing what yours say we have no idea if you have to pay or not.

You should have defended the previous sets of papers.

Due to the mal practice of Gladstones regarding the scam £60 it will be interesting to see who signed a statement of truth when infact it's a lie

Redact personal information including PCN number, VRN, etcetera then upload it to a web hosting site such as postimages or dropbox or similar, then post the URL here but change http to hxxp. Someone here will change it back to a live link.

You need to get your MP on side on this, you have been identified as an easy mark.

Nine times out of ten of these tickets are scams.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.

Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

On the claim form it is the 8th August which I did end up paying but I have 3 more with drp and I’m sure they will pass to Gladstone’s and I will be issued with more of the court claim forms so I want to know what to do when I receive these as I don’t want to give anymore money
