It would indeed go back onto argos card, I have potentially tracked the issue to a battery fault, but as they already sent out a new motor housing they wont send a battery, Might buy a battery online for £60 a I like the vaccum but would this cancel the warrenty as they already gave RMA?0

£60 on a battery that may not fix your problem and may well at a later date void your warranty .
Against a brand new later model

Yes they WILL However, ARGOS Won't and as the first 12 months is Argos0
