Well, probably it will be onion, garlic and chopped chorizo fried in a little oil. Then some chopped veg thrown in -carrots, peppers most likely. Some chickpeas from my freezer (about a can's worth), some frozen sweetcorn and a carton of passata and probably a splash of sherry. Bring to a boil then shove in the oven for 30 mins -1 hour. I'll serve it with baked spuds or cous cous I think.

    HTH:)

  • First time of posting my meal plans here - though I've been a planning devotee for sometime now;)

    Ok, I plan Monday-Sunday

Monday - Pork casserole and veg
Tuesday - Scrambled eggs on toast (not in until late)
    Wednesday - Meatballs & pasta
Thursday - Stirfry beef and noodles
Friday - Liver, mash, veg and onion gravy
Saturday - out all day, won't be eating at home
Sunday - Tuna steaks with lentils

On the packed lunch menu, but no days assigned
    Tuna salad (today)
    Chorizo lentils
    Beetroot hummus/crudites
    Soup/Roll

Friday is big breakfast day - so no room for lunch :D

Get loads of inspiration from all your menus, thanks for sharing ;)
