After 40 long minutes I finally got through- report in post tonight .. apparently.
So including a copy of this in with my esa50 this time won’t do any harm at all will it?0 -
If the same reasons why you were placed into the support group last time still apply now then no, it won't hurt to send the report. They will either use it or they won't.Thanks for all the advice guys .

What’s the times period from sending the esa50 back to getting an appointment through?
Dependent on area I guess?
I was thinking about sending ASAP but then I thought they have given four weeks and if the worst happens I’m probably best waiting to as late as I can at least then I’ll get a couple more weeks!0 -
There's no timescales, it depends on backlog. Do make sure you send it to arrive in time for the deadline.0
