Hi I’ve a holiday booked with villaplus and the flights by Thomas cook were booked by them , it is a villa and flight booking. It is ATOL protected. Is it their responsibility to book me new flights and to cover any extra costs.0

No, only refund you.Life in the slow lane0 -
I have booked flights to Orlando in November with my Lloyd’s credit card. These were booked and paid directly to Thomas Cook. According to the information you provide I should be able to claim this through S75. I have just spoken with Lloyd’s CC who have advised that a refund is not guaranteed and it could take 45 days for them to get back to me with a decision. The agent advised this is the response they have been advised to give customers. Note I did not quote S75 or request a claim form. Can you advise please.0

Wait for the 45 days and if you haven't heard, chase them up.0
