You need a telephone or video hearing because you have the opportunity to speak as you need to question the claimant
And the one thing you will ask is "why have BWLegal added £60 to their claim which courts deem to be Abuse of Process"
The judge might see this as a reason to strike out the case as the courts are doing to BWLegal
