NowTV took out their regular increased payment, however I have left.
I think I ow them 1 days payment.
Anyone know how their refund system works?
Do i have to chase them for a refund? or automatic ?

Sounds like you didn't cancel your pass so its auto renewed.
When you cancel, what you are cancelling is the repeating month to month renewals, so the current period still runs until it runs out, so NowTV are not expecting you to want any refund, nor expecting to pay you one.
But if it is more a case of you missing the Cancelling deadline, and not using the resulting paid-for Pass, as here, then if you get onto Live Chat and explain, you may get your refund.0 -

Slight tangent ..
I purchased a now tv box last year with 3 months free entertainment pass. All well and good , until I checked my account and found that they took 3 further instalments . I cancelled in advance . They eventually refunded me 2 months and gave me an access pass for a further month . I never saw the appeal of sky .
I imagine mr murdoch's funeral will be pay per view also. Probably £10 for watching the celebs outside , and £25 for the full service ..0 -
