    Have you clicked on an advert on Facebook/other social media offering a free PPI check? That’s almost certainly how they’ve got your details.

    have you had any PPI redress offers (regardless of whether or not you’ve actually received any money)?

    they're - 'they are'
    it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)

    Claims companies are regulated by the FCA now.  So, you can make a complaint to them and access the FOS if necessary.  They are required to follow the regulated complaints process just like the banks now.
