If probate had not been granted, you would not be receiving dividends. The diviendends would go into the Estate.
If Probate has been granted, then the Executers should be winding up the Estate and passing the shares and dividends to you. Why are the Executers hanging on to the shares?0 -

Thanks for your reply. Probate has been granted, the executor has said the price offered for the shares is considerably less than expected?
She won't for some reason let us know the value of the shares.

Thanks for the reply. It states in the will that the shares should be sold and any monies distributed accordingly. Executor says shares are undervalued.0 -
Is the executor a professional?
Are you the residual legatee? if so their charges may be coming from your inheritance. Do you understand the charges?
Any reason to expect this to be a large inheritance?0
