    that might give you a clue, theres a complaint address in there for Virgin, is that the address you used ?
    Ombudsman site is near the end of the article.
    Theres even an email address for the CE at virgin Media.


    No i was never given an address, just was asked to hold on the line as they transfer me to the relevant team. The phone then went dead. Are you telling me they should have given me an address? LOL the customer service team are more useless than i thought.


    I will not be wasting my time writing a letter (and spending money on postage) nor will i bother sending an email to the CEO (who does not actually read it but apparently another customer service team does and looking at a comment in the article it appears they even ignore it also).


    So my only reasonable chance is to completely ignore virgin media and go straight to the ombudsman.
