Redact your personal data, but please do post up everything from the scammers/scamlicitors themselves.

Have you complained to your MP yet?

Have you set a date when you will be moving out to a property that isn't infested by parking scammers?
I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D

This may prove a difficulty for you.

But they have to be reasonable, and in the best interest of the residents.  As PPCs depress rents and lower resale values, not to mention interfere with residents' peaceful enjoyment of their properties, it could be argued that they are not.

In my opinion these companies have no place in residential car parks,  If management is necessary it can be done with barriers.

I filed my witness statement and supporting evidence to the court yesterday (March 16th) and sent an email to the solicitors today (March 17th).
We are considering moving out but I would rather see these scammers gone.
So, this is their WS... There's also an evidence pack. Would it help if I post any of that?

Is this a Brighton area residential location?  Brighton or Worthing court?  Send me a pm as I have some info that will help if so, and even if I am not available that day, I can take a look at the documents by email of you are local to me.

We need to see your own WS.

And we need to see the supposed 'landowner authority' they have attached.

You can send me a pm if you prefer.  I see a LOT of OPS cases...seen it all before.

And I reckon this one needs sending to the SRA as part of the Gladstones complaints, as it is a template, an they've added a false £60, and they've misled the court in their 'quote' at #17, from Vine v Waltham Forest - again.

I'd also like to see which version of Gavin's signature litters this piece of litter (i.e. please show me the unredacted version)!

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Did you have their agreement to send via email?
Strictly, if you dont, you MUST serve using post. Did they serve any docuemtns - such as a the DQ - to you via email?
  • They sent me their WS by email.

OK, so make sure you take to court proofo of service via email, and proof they sent YOU their WS by email.
As you know the CPRs state you can only serve via email if the other party explicitly agrees. But they would be foolish to complain as they sent YOU stuff via email.
  • Hi Coupon-mad. Did you get my PM? I've checked the forum daily for an answer and I'm not sure you received my messages. Can you please send me a PM with your email address. Thanks
