I would be interested in PPC’s response to a letter before action which would not be time consuming. OP does not have to actually take the action. I am taking action - maybe wait for my outcome. However, a letter before action now would pave the way for OP (and others) in future.1

Absolutely agree. a LBA costs nothing and you have up to 6 years to follow up. Unfortunately very few people have the aptitude to take this up.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1

The question is why did Gladstones not give due care and attention before they started wasting time. They are a shoddy set up and you should complain to the SRAhi3rophant said:I received the attached Notice of Discontinuance by email from Gladstones. It is specified that a copy has been filed at the Court.
Does this mean it's over ?
