I would not pay for a second SAR.  You will see it all attached to their WS anyway.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Agreed. Re the DPA/SAR - Keith is of course right that signage etc is not personal data, but as Coupon-Sane said, it should be part of their witness statement and it's relevant evidence so you should be getting sight of it, whether via SAR or otherwise.
I wouldn't pay for the SAR unless you think there's something in there to bolster your case (significantly) which seems unlikely.

Well, it just won't go away this one! Had heard nothing for months, then today another letter from BW Legal pushing for a payment by mid August and offering a discount to 'settle the matter before we recommend to our client that they consider issuing legal proceedings'. I assume ignoring this is the course of action to take. I'm sure if they really wanted to take this to court they'd have done so by now, it's been going on for 4 years!

No - that's incorrect - they are about to issue a claim. There is six years to start litigation.

@Coupon-mad by the way, I noticed in another thread you asking for a photo of the letter, so in case it’s useful here is mine, personal details redacted.

Actually that's REALLY good timing and good evidence that the added £60 is unsupported.  Thankyou! I will use it.

They've added just £4 on top of £100 PCN. So...where did they dream up +£60 from?!

It went from 60 to 100 as usual, then when it got passed to BW legal they increased to £160, I assume to cover “additional recovery fees” or some such nonsense.

Nonsense that we sincerely hope the DLUHC is about to expose (again) as extortion.

Announcement and final Public Consultation coming THIS MONTH.  We can't wait...

OK these are from the top car park. I don't have any dates for them (no metadata due to using wrong camera app in phone which doesn't store any), but going by where i found the pictures I'd say it's between 2019 and 2021.

@didgeridoooo Hi there, I have a huge favour to ask! Last year you kindly posted some pictures of the signage at Sennen Top car park. I rather stupidly didn’t save them to my PC and now that I’ve received another payment demand letter I was reviewing the thread and found the pictures are no longer available. Would you be able to post them again? I promise to save them this time! Many thanks
