I still can't work out how to get notifications, tried so many times I gave up, but will try again. In the past using the "bookmark" button didn't cause me to get notifications, maybe it does now. Thanks

I will again write to BW Legal and state I am disputing the claim, wait and see where it goes from here. Unbelievable that I post on the forum after 2 years and within a couple of weeks get another letter of claim!
Armtrac have done their best to destroy Sennen Cove, some say they already have.
I also just received a repeat LoC from BW (ill) Legal. The last one said they would take court action if I didnt respond before January 2020! I had quiet hopes that the morons had doubled up on their 'virus barrier' cloth masks and thus run out of oxygen throughout the recent Marxist madness, hopes dashed again! Just stick to the program, get to know those FAQ and Newbie threads so well it becomes boring, then you can wade into court with confidence IF the time comes. Or maybe you will have what I had last time BW (ill) Legal tried to take me to court. A week preparing a monster defence, only to have them pull out the day before (after I drove to the court at great expense to hand it in on time!)
Watching with interest, keep the faith.Cornwall is definitely my favourite place in the UK by the way, we go every year. Not been back to Sennen since 2019 though! Kynance Cove has to be our favourite spot, simply beautiful.1 -
The more responses to Government, the better.
The draft Impact Assessment and Public Consultation is coming, I can tell you that. The DLUHC is committed to it:

All good, thanks again.Combatting the pandemic of BWLegal-19, one 'notice of discontinuance' at a time. :-)1 -

They also banned vehicles over a certain length from parking at Sennen, ruining the last few summers for our kids who surfed there regularly until they made these changes. It's such a shame. My wife and kids used to collect litter 2 or 3 times a week but with the mercenary parking swines she's lost the will even to do that now, combined with the enormous increase in litter wedged between the rocks at the back of the beach. It would take hours every day to collect it all. Anyway, my gripes with 'progress' aside....
Well, you MAY just be in luck re the photos. I have trawled through my squillions of photos (backup drives in fire safe, I don't mess around when it comes to BW Legal) and it looks like I do have photos taken very close to the dates you mention. I am still working on it, I will post them here shortly and if they are any use to you I can send you the originals (with Exif/Metadata intact). Back soon...

Oh so it’s YOU we nearly hit in our merc then?
😂 Joking of course. Know what you mean, we’ve seen a difference the last few years but still love the place. Lockdowns didn’t help, it became the staycation of choice. Maybe it’ll settle down once folks are travelling abroad more - once they have some disposable income that is!Had a call from BW today after emailing to say I dispute their invoice, no help of course their only advice was to seek legal representation.Question to you or anyone - 2 years ago I requested the 30 day hold due to seeking debt advice to allow time for the SAR. Should I do so again or is that a one time deal?1 -
HAHAHAHA. I now have a dashcam so if you do it again you'll pay, I'll issue you a stack of 'speculative invoices' then hound you with fake threats and interest charges
Still working through but sadly I just noticed you said TOP car park. The ones I found were of the bottom one (same company of course), and I kept them because they mention the word 'offence' which really annoys me (and I heard only the 'state' can state such things). But... I am still looking and I know I do have some of the top car park signage and payment machines too, so I will report back.
A CALL from BWL? I am not an expert in here but I think I can say with confidence you should never EVER talk to these oxygen thieves. If they rang me I would warn them under the Harassment Act that any further calls would be deemed harassment and reported to the authorities as such. That's me anyway. Pin everything down to hardcopy, not even email.
Not sure on the debt advice 'hold'. But I would think it wouldn't be 'good cricket' of them to deny it a second time, especially 2 years later. A lot can happen in 2 years, although you obviously can't claim the SAR timescale again (unless you SAR again for more up to date information, may be an idea?!)

Actually, for those robust enough, I really am looking for phone call evidence (recorded) of victims being very calm & reasonable and trying to explain why they dispute the parking charge, only to be bullied by the DRAs who simply demand that you pay and tell you that you are too late to dispute.
I am looking for that evidence right now, whilst the DLUHC are listening to me.Particularly keen to have recordings (of course sanitised of your personal data, name, PCN ref etc) of conversations with Gladstones, BW Legal, DCBLegal, DCBLtd, Debt Recovery Plus and ZZPS.PRIVATE 'PCN'? I would happily call BWL (for the first time ever!) but my cases are in my wife's name and I doubt they will engage properly. I will see if I can find a case in my name to call them aboutCombatting the pandemic of BWLegal-19, one 'notice of discontinuance' at a time. :-)1
