And as you are back here at the optimum time:

Hopefully, you will read up on the following and pop back and see our replies and be OK to answer the couple of questions above, if you will.

And we sincerely hope you are au fait with the need to respond to the final Govt Public Consultation?

Hopefully - amongst all the political disruption - it will be open later this year.

We all need to ram the nail in the coffin of the false £70 'DRA fee' add-on, that actually funds the court claim and toxic CCJ culture, as well as the DRA gaslighting of people.

If PPCs manage to turn around the previous 'ban' decision on banning the gaslighting / claim-funding 'fees' then the DLUHC will be rubber-stamping £200 parking charges and if that happens, they (Government) and the PPCs will wreck high streets and people's lives.  Whoever is responsible, if that happens (and it very nearly did in 2021) must hang their heads in shame.

Just checking you are among those ready to respond to the questions as you have personal experience of how this crap feels?

Please come back here when it opens, and you can make sure you don't miss the Consultation:

Yes please. As Nike say - 'Just do it'. It really will help to make a very positive difference. It's essential that all those who have been threatened by the private parking network share their experience directly with the Gov't, and get things changed for the better.

Exact your revenge in the most powerful way you can, and make an impact at the highest level.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Just thought I’d add an update here, 2 years later and I’ve not heard a peep from them since their threats of court action. Fingers crossed that one is done and dusted! Thanks to all that helped me out it’s amazing what you do and is hugely appreciated.
That's good to hear but remember...

...they do have up to six years to bring a claim.

Do not throw away all your paperwork yet.
Well what do you know, I’ve just received another letter of claim! I will again write to BW Legal and state I am disputing the claim, wait and see where it goes from here. Unbelievable that I post on the forum after 2 years and within a couple of weeks get another letter of claim!
  • I also don’t believe I ever received the requested SAR. I had sent an email and another to follow up but I don’t remember receiving anything physical, can’t find any documents and no email response. I will write again to request from Armtrac.

Hi Paul - I frequently go to Sennen, and I religiously take photos of signage whenever and wherever I park. I may have some from around the time of your ALLEGED contravention, so feel free to let me know dates and I can look through my photographic 'carparkscum' archive folder :)

Armtrac have done their best to destroy Sennen Cove, some say they already have.

I also just received a repeat LoC from BW (ill) Legal. The last one said they would take court action if I didnt respond before January 2020! I had quiet hopes that the morons had doubled up on their 'virus barrier' cloth masks and thus run out of oxygen throughout the recent Marxist madness, hopes dashed again! Just stick to the program, get to know those FAQ and Newbie threads so well it becomes boring, then you can wade into court with confidence IF the time comes. Or maybe you will have what I had last time BW (ill) Legal tried to take me to court. A week preparing a monster defence, only to have them pull out the day before (after I drove to the court at great expense to hand it in on time!)

Watching with interest, keep the faith. :)

I still can't work out how to get notifications, tried so many times I gave up, but will try again. In the past using the "bookmark" button didn't cause me to get notifications, maybe it does now. Thanks
