Bw legal letter of claim

Update as of today. 
Just had bw legals witness statement and "evidence" bundle,  quite a lot of big words and repeated photos. They have provided the leaseholder agreement but not landowner if that makes any difference, to be fair all looks a bit intimidating at first glance but I'm not overly worried, I think my evidence is enough and if it isn't that's life

Having a scan thorough the skeleton argument it looks as though they want the judge to ignore all my evidence and just rely on my defence statement
Looking at the date on the paperwork they clearly waited for my ws to arrive yesterday and then sent thiers ot arrive today

Look at [Deleted User] 's thread ... BWL have made the exact same (template) statement in their WS in that claim.

You should all get together and exchange copies of that template WS from BW Legal, so you have two or three as proof that they are regurgitating a template, yet accusing consumers of being unreasonable for using a forum template!  

You could attach all copies with a supplementary WS, but with the claim number and name of defendant/car reg redacted to protect the others' identity as their cases are also live court claims.

Please show us the claimant's contract and anything else useful from their WS. Redact personal data but leave anything that is already in the public domain. Please tell us if they have redacted anything.

Normal dross from them.  Judges are really not interested in heresay but just the facts of the case.

Not long ago, BWLegal actually were stupid enough to put on their own web site about this forum calling two members on here "keyboard warriors"  The way it was written was so childish but it proved one thing ... they are scared of this forum and if the new name for success is "keyboard warriors", we are delighted.  

As you know, they have added a fake amount which government has banned.  It appears that on a court claim, BWLegal do a copy and paste on the "statement of truth" claiming the fake add-on is true ???
Why do they try to confuse the court when government expects them to follow the spirit of the law, the law being the code of practice

This is a question for the judge to ask
