Very annoying as it's the exact same email address I sent it to the first time

If you send it at the weekend or after 4pm, around the time the office closes, there's a risk of it not being recorded as received. Seems crazy in these days of advanced technology, but there have been more than enough examples of this happening to show there is a definite pattern (and definite danger!).

Glad you got it away, and finally recorded!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Not getting an email auto receipt is a red flag scenario , a warning that delivery has failed , we don't know why , it's not our problem , maybe the CCBC won't even fix it !! But definitely a red flag and means our advice must change to include it as a warning sign

One thing we do know is that it doesn't get logged if no email auto receipt has been sent back

Popping a letter in the post box with a photo taken is a method of proof of posting , there is no proof of delivery until you get a response

So I've recieved a letter from BW legal saying they have my defence but thier client is still pursuing it in court and they are likely to win, bla bla, but there is still time to pay etc, I take it this is the usual generic letter?

    Yes, everyone gets that.
You were expecting it, weren't you?

Keep following that list you were using when you filed a Defence and you will see item 7 on that list reads...

You need to now be reading the next lines on that list.

Yeah I'm not particularly fussed by it, just amused.  I've not recieved any questionnaire yet but I'm sure it will arrive in due course

Keep checking your status on MCOL (regarding when they issue a DQ) so that you are ahead of the game and you can keep reading the rest of the numbered items on the list that @KeithP kindly posted above.

If you have encountered threatening letters from a  solicitor complain here, copying to your MP.

I've also received a similar questionnaire from BW legal,
Trying to persuade me to go to mediation, I take it I ignore that one?
