Boiler firing up when not needed!

Hi,
Looking for some boiler advice please - boiler is a 2003 Ferroli Tempra 18 with an un-vented hot-water cylinder in the airing cupboard.
The boiler seems to be firing up all the time even when the heating and hot-water is switched off so there is no draw on the system.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

How do you define 'no draw on the system'? If your water heating is switched on it will fire occasionally as the cylinder cools.0

My guess would be a sticky motor or end switch which is not closing, on either the heating or hot water valves. This will "trick" the boiler to believing there is a demand from either of these circuits and therefore the boiler will run outwith time and temperature demand.
I squirt of WD 40 in the motor might get you by for a while, or if motor is seized it will require to be replaced,0
